Today, I’m proud to run my own personal training studio—a space built with the vision to deliver high-quality, result-driven coaching for those who are truly serious about their goals over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping people transform their bodies and lifestyles in a sustainable way.
I’ve personally undergone a natural transformation—from 47 kg to 75 kg, building lean muscle and achieving a visible six-pack without steroids or shortcuts.
